Rachel DelRocco Terrazas is a New Jersey-based wine, spirits, and travel writer. She is currently an Associate Editor at Wine & Spirits Magazine, where she oversees the tasting department, leads the spirits writing, and critics wines from Mexico, Spain and South Africa.

In addition to her wine and spirits writing, Rachel also designs business plans for hospitality concepts and writes content for marketing campaigns. She is also an experienced speaker and educator at San Antonio Cocktail Conference, Bar Convent Brooklyn, and BevCon Charleston.

She has an extensive background in hospitality and wine buying as a beverage director, floor manager, craft bartender, and sommelier at multiple restaurants in New York, Austin, and Houston, TX. Her drinks have been featured in local and national magazines and her work with the wine list at Qui won her the title of Eater Young Gun in 2016. She was also honored as one of Imbibe’s 75 and took first prize at TexSom’s Best Sommelier Competition in 2017. She is a Certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and is pursuing the Level 3 Advanced of Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
